19th century English oak armchair with an elm seat. the back of this chair is shaped beautifully and the arms terminate in graceful scrolls over hand turned spindles, supported on a very comfortable hand contoured elm seat over hand turned splayed legs, which are joined by hand turned stretchers. Gorgeous pad feet.
